Your order will arrive at the address you indicate of Spain and Portugal, with MRW, in 1 or 2 working days depending on the type of transport you choose. We recommend choosing an address where there is always someone to pick up the order because it is not possible to ensure a delivery time slot.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY DHL(€ 19) Delivery in 2-3 working days in the countries indicated below. If your order weighs more than 7kg volumetric we will contact you to assess the transport.

4- In case the address or CP that you indicate is wrong, additional shipping costs will be generated to forward the package to the correct address.
It is very important that the address you choose as delivery address is one in which the delivery schedule is as wide as possible, since deliveries are made throughout the day (morning or afternoon). In the same way the transport agency MRW commits to make two deliveries in the address that you have indicated in your order, in case of absence in both attempts the collection of the order will be made in the MRW office to which the C.P. the client's.
In the case that the user asked us to set a third delivery at home, this would imply an extra expense that would be indicated before the same, previous compliance and payment by the User.
Your package will remain a maximum of 15 days in the office of MRW, after that time the package would be returned to our warehouse, once here we would proceed to make the refund of the amount of the order discounting the shipping costs to and from our warehouse.
You can pick up your order at our warehouse in Algete around 2 hours after placing your order, Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. Choose the option "Pick up in store" and we will send you an email when it is ready, saving you in this way the shipping costs.

Warranty and returns:
In case of defective product we will proceed to the substitution, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. - Fiestafacil responds to the lack of conformity that manifests within two years of delivery.
In fiestafacil.com we want you to be satisfied with each purchase, but we also understand that there will be times when you want to return products to us. Below you will find our return policy for these occasions.
Returns for any manufacturing defect in the product:
The return of products that have manufacturing defects will not entail any additional cost for you. FiestaFácil will be responsible for the costs arising from the collection and delivery of the product in substitution if necessary.
To formalize the return, the user must contact FiestaFácil, within two years from the delivery of the order, to the email of firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 916281459 Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18: 00 indicating the product or products to be returned, and attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in them.
Once the product is received and we check the defects, we will try to offer you the possibility of replacing the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible for FiestaFácil in which case we will refund the amount of the same.
